Chocolate Banana Muffins THM (E)

I was asked to share more Trim Healthy Mama recipes on my channel, so in today’s video I will share these decadent, delicious, moist and gooey Chocolate Banana Muffins. They are so delicious that you won’t believe that they are good for you AND best of all, slimming!

  • 2 C oat flour
  • 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 C Gentle Sweet or stevia sweetener of your choice
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 C plain Greek yogurt or for dairy free use unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 small bananas cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 C super dark chocolate chips or Lily chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except bananas and chocolate chips. Fold bananas and chocolate chips into batter. Fill muffin cups. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. ENJOY!
