DITL Vlog ~Battling a Bad Mood & A Bad Back~

To be honest, I really wasn’t in the mood to vlog, but I thought that by picking up the camera, it might pick up my mood. I’ve been battling a bad mood for a few days, and when my back really starts to hurt it doesn’t help matters. Well, by the end of the video my bad back wasn’t any better, but my mood was. Come a long and spend the day with me. I will share a few small hauls and a favorite recipe.

Cinnamon Quick Bread – THM E

1 Cup plain unsweetened yogurt (DF if needed)

3 Cups sprouted wheat flour 3 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

3/4 Cup egg whites

2 Cups applesauce

1/3 Cup stevia blend of choice

2 doonks pure stevia powder (1 doonk is 1/32 of a tsp.)

1 TB pure maple syrup

1 TB Stevia maple syrup.

Bake 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until tests done. Makes 2 loaves.

Boy, I had a lot to share in this video! This video had a little bit of everything! Ollie and Sally, another small haul, get ready with me, a surprise for Olivia, cleaning the camper, and an update on what has been going on! A Lot of Hauls & A Lot of Organizing!

Due to circumstances beyond my control, this video is being uploaded a few days late. But, if you love hauls of all types and kitchen organizing videos, you will like this one. It is has 3 different hauls, from 3 different stores, done on 3 different days. It also includes kitchen organization that spans 2 days. Facebook Marketplace ~What Did We Buy??~

Over the weekend I spent my time rearranging furniture to make room for a facebook marketplace purchase. It is something that I never really thought about purchasing before but now I don’t know how I ever lived without it. I’ve had an idea rolling around in my head for a couple of weeks on ways to make more room in my kitchen cupboards and to organize, specifically, my coffee/tea mugs. I thought about several different possibilities and eventually I stumbled upon this piece while scrolling through Facebook marketplace. It was a fantastic deal, and now that it’s in place and everything is organized, it is the perfect solution for my lack of cupboard space. First Grocery Haul of June

Aldi, Dollar General Haul, grocery haul, Kroger, Walmart, , , ,

This is my first grocery haul for June and it’s another big one, but aren’t they all these days?? LOL Anyway, it is what I picked up at Aldi, Kroger, Dollar General, and Walmart….yes, you read right, Walmart. There are a few things that we really enjoy and I have not been able to find anywhere else to purchase them, so even though Walmart is on my “black list”, I still shop there very infrequently to purchase those few items. You are seeing my haul video on Wednesday because my Friday video will be me putting food away and food prep, so stay tuned for that.
