To be honest, I really wasn’t in the mood to vlog, but I thought that by picking up the camera, it might pick up my mood. I’ve been battling a bad mood for a few days, and when my back really starts to hurt it doesn’t help matters. Well, by the end of the video my bad back wasn’t any better, but my mood was. Come a long and spend the day with me. I will share a few small hauls and a favorite recipe.
Cinnamon Quick Bread – THM E
1 Cup plain unsweetened yogurt (DF if needed)
3 Cups sprouted wheat flour 3 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 Cup egg whites
2 Cups applesauce
1/3 Cup stevia blend of choice
2 doonks pure stevia powder (1 doonk is 1/32 of a tsp.)
1 TB pure maple syrup
1 TB Stevia maple syrup.
Bake 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until tests done. Makes 2 loaves.
